These clamps do indeed HURT BADLY, even when set on the loosest tension, where they fall off. I should clarify that I have inverted nipples, and was hoping these would encourage extroversion; no luck. Very sorry I didn't read the (no) return policy, because these would be going back.

I bought these clamps for my gf, and i sure did surprise her with them!! they are easy to use and easy to adjust. I like the chain cause i can tug at it and drive my girl wild. My gf likes the feel of the chain on her body. Great product that we will be using again and again. My only recommendation is if you plan on tugging hard, you might want to super glue the rubber tips on the clamp, cause they can come off easy. Great product for anyone into nipple play, it can help free up your hands for other areas and still drive your partner wild!

Good quality product, and they do stay put quite well, but even at their tightest setting they only provide a mild pinch. I would recommend them for anyone who's just getting into nipple play, but if you have much experience at all they will probably just annoy you.

These clamps hurt! They stay on and they pinch like crazy. Boyfriend loves pulling and yanking on the chain and watching me squeal. I also like that you can adjust the pressure with a screw, but make it too loose and they will probably fall off with the weight of the attached chain. Lovemaking just got a little more interesting.
